This self-audit is for current Rawe Leadership Solutions clients as part of your Leadership Development Program Audit & Redesign or Phase 0 engagement. It mirrors the 20-item Leadership Development Program Self-Audit Scorecard you received as a PDF and lets us capture your responses in a structured way. Please answer honestly; inflated scores help no one, and the gaps you’re tempted to round up are usually the ones costing you the most.

What Happens Next

Once you submit your self-audit, we will review your responses as part of your Leadership Development Program Audit & Redesign or Phase 0 engagement. In our next working session, we’ll look at your three lowest-scoring statements, connect them to the broader RALF™ architecture, and use them to shape your redesign priorities and governance plan. If multiple stakeholders complete this audit, we will also surface patterns and divergences across responses.
