This program focuses on the bridge capacity, teaching senior leaders to examine their own assumptions and default patterns in real time. Grounded in the Rawe Adaptive Leadership Framework (RALF™) and research-based methods for vertical growth, the curriculum addresses the complexity of modern organizational challenges. Participants will learn to shift internal assumptions from invisible drivers to examinable objects, allowing for better decision-making under ambiguity. By mastering reflexive practice, leaders can move beyond hindsight and name their default behaviors while they are running.
