Service Description

The best leaders have great coaches. An executive coach is a qualified professional that works with individuals (usually executives, but often high potential employees) to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board. This engagement is usually for a six month period initially, with a 1-hour session every 2 weeks, either in person or through video conferencing. The specific schedule will be worked out on the initial call. Longer engagements are available at a discounted rate. Payment plans may also be available.
