In 2019 we started the William C Rawe Consulting Group to make work better for ourselves, our clients, and organizations around the world. Our founder has a diverse background which includes time as a helicopter hydraulic/pneumatic technician, retail operations and management, public speaking, accounting and finance, human resources, training and development, work as a university professor, and leadership development. With training at the doctoral level in industrial-organizational psychology, William is well-positioned to lead this organization to fulfill its mission.
