In 2019, we started the William C. Rawe Consulting Group to improve work for ourselves, our clients, and organizations around the world. Our founder, Dr. William C. Rawe, has a diverse background that includes time as a helicopter hydraulic/pneumatic technician, retail operations and management, public speaking, accounting and finance, human resources, training and development, information technology, work as a university professor, and leadership development. With a Ph.D. in industrial & organizational psychology, William is well-positioned to lead this organization to fulfill its mission.
