I ran across an interesting article the other day. It claims that the wrong people evaluate leadership development programs. Usually, we leave it to the participants and senior leadership. But is the real test of value whether those leaders make an increased impact on those they lead? If so, shouldn't we have the leaders' teams involved in the evaluation process? What do you think?

I’ve tried several forum backlink sites lately, but many are outdated or completely inactive. Some links even got deleted after a few days. I’m hoping to find updated, well-moderated sites that provide safe and lasting backlinks. Anyone have recommendations or strategies that actually work?
I used to face the same issue—dead links and low-quality placements. Eventually, I came across forum backlink sites https://backlink.forum/, where users share tested and trusted forums by niche. It’s a great way to discover active places that keep backlinks live. Try focusing on those with strict moderation.
I completely agree that leadership programs are often evaluated by the wrong perspective. Including the team’s feedback can reveal real-world effectiveness. When I took health and social care courses, peer and mentor input made a huge difference in understanding how leadership skills translate into practical impact on those you support.
